Practical Design
Our client approached us looking to re-design their existing website. With an extensive site, careful planning was crucial. User experience was also key to the success of this project. Existing tenants needed to be able to find resources as easy as possible as well as potential tenants. The site is not only used as a resource for existing tenats but a lead creator for the sales department. Our focus was to focus on simplicity, easy navigation and a more modern aesthetic.

Planning
From the bottom up
Some of the key issues that we needed to resolve were main navigation, readability and aesthetics.
We created a series of wireframes to make sure we were headed in the right direction and so the client could understand where we wanted to take the user.
iconography
Iconography was distinctively important in this case because we wanted to make sure potential tenants clearly understood the amenities each property offered without taking too much time.
